These are our themes. Dairy products come from the surrounding area. Meat from the local forests and meadows, where the butcher in the neighbourhood slaughters the animals humane and fresh. Our fish comes fresh each morning. Where else can you enjoy food fresh and regional like this. We count ourselves as very fortunate to have such possibilities.
In the beginning we have set ourselves the goal to serve food fresh and from the region to ensure our guests are pampered in our hotel restaurant as well.
